STATE BODIES

The UAIB closely interacts with the state government bodies in the area of investment business. The interaction is conducted, in particular, in line with the Memorandum on Cooperation between the UAIB and the Securities and Stock Market State (National) Commission (SSMS(N)C) and an Agreement on Interaction between the UAIB and the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

UAIB representatives are on the Coordination and Expert Councils created within the SSMS(N)C and the State Commission for Financial Services Markets Regulation.
