Interaction of the UAIB with Government Bodies and Partner Organizations

The UAIB closely interacts with the bodies of government regulation in the area of investment business. The interaction is conducted, in particular, in line with the Memorandum on Cooperation between the UAIB and the Securities and Stock Market State Commission and an Agreement on Interaction between the UAIB and the State Property Fund. UAIB representatives are on the Coordination and Expert Councils created at the SSMSC and the State Commission for Financial Services Markets Regulation.

In 2000, an Agreement on creation of a Coordination and Expert Council of Self-Regulatory Organizations of Stock Market - the UAIB, the First Stock Trading System (PFTS) and the Professional Association of Registrars and Depositories (PARD) came into effect.

The UAIB is continuing to expand cooperation with the National Association of Non-State Pension Funds of Ukraine and administrators of non-state pension funds, the Ukrainian Society of Appraisers, the Society of Financial Analysts. Cooperation has been established with the Ukrainian Institute for Stock Market Development, the International Institute of Business, and Kyiv Institute of Investment Management.

The UAIB is one of the founders of the Coordination and Expert Center of Entrepreneurs' Associations that has about fifty non-state organizations - members.
